Community Services
South Dublin County Council recognises that provision of physical infrastructure such as Roads, Housing, Water, Sewerage etc. is not in itself sufficient to build and foster communities - both existing and new communities. It is vital that we provide for the Human Dimension.
The aim of the Community Services Department is to assist communities to provide a better social and economic environment for themselves. The Department supports this aim by providing a comprehensive community development and support service.
